A: We have done most of our work in Southern California (Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties), but we have also worked in many other areas, too, including Oregon, Colorado and Texas. Q: What types of work are you known for? A: We have done a lot of tilt-up construction, over 40 year's worth. We have built over 1000 tilt-up buildings ranging in size from 2,500 s.f. to 720,000 s.f. This is still our primary area of emphasis. In addition to this we have done a lot of food industry work including food processing facilities, food distribution warehouses, freezers, etc. We have used both tilt-up and poured-in-place methods to complete these projects. Q: Do you do any consulting? A: We have done consulting on an informal basis and made formal presentations for the Tilt-up Concrete Association. We would like to expand this area of our business and have people available with the expertise and willingness to travel that are needed to do this kind of work. Our areas of special knowledge include tilt-up, slabs on grade, food industry related structural concrete, and concrete estimating. Q: What is the experience level of your key people? A: All of our key people have construction industry experience of 10 years or more. Our senior building superintendent has over 30 years with our company building tilt-up buildings, and our senior concrete superintendent has over 25 years of experience.
