Marriott Resort Laguna Cliffs The Marriott Resort in Dana Point. CA is expanding and we are doing the structural concrete work for prime contractor, R. D. Olson. A spa and a number of additional guest rooms make up the current scope of work. Ray Pacheco is heading up the Prizio crew at this scenic site. Pacific Alliance C.W. Driver has selected us to do the concrete work on the Pacific Alliance Medical Center project in Los Angeles. This is an expansion of an existing hospital facility in the Chinatown area of the city. A tight site and a tight schedule promise to make this a challenging project for all concerned. Jim Brodie will be running our crew. Boy Scout Sea Base The Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts is expanding their Sea Base. We will be handling the structural concrete there for general contractor Snyder-Langston. Duane Rapp will be running our crew at this ocean front location.
This project will add much needed capacity to a facility that now hosts many thousands of Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts yearly and also serves as the base for the Chapman University crew. Prizio Construction, Inc. has been a long time supporter of the Boy Scouts.
